Mission Statement.

SCM was formed to be an expert witness advocate for businesses and individuals that have been physically and emotionally injured by Carbon Monoxide poisoning.  SCM also advocates for those economically affected by deficiencies due to improperly or poorly installed HVAC systems.  SCM provides knowledgable input in the areas of: proper airflow, exhaust air, equipment choice, system design, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and proper system maintenance protocols.

SCM works with attorneys representing Plaintiffs in residential, commercial and industrial incidents.
